What is P.E.P.?
Rather than pay hundreds of dollars over and over to work out with a personal trainer, you’ll have one in-depth consultation with Diana and receive a 3-month (on average) customized, individual fitness plan to take home and do on your own.
Diana will put you on the right track from Day 1 with a realistic, sustainable routine that you can implement right away to create a healthier lifestyle and reach your fitness goals.
Compared to what you'd pay over 3 months to work out with a trainer, P.E.P. is an incredible value! Plus, you get to work with someone you know instead of being assigned to a random trainer at the gym.

Includes a detailed fitness evaluation, personalized total-body workout complete with description of exercises (with demonstration, where necessary) and extensive coaching on how to implement the program into your daily life and how it will change your lifestyle.
Targeted “Express” P.E.P. $85 per target area (Scroll down for full details)
Tailored to clients who only want to address a specific problem area, like arms or abs. Includes evaluation and workout plan for the target area only, plus description of exercises (with demonstration, where necessary). No lifestyle coaching.

I used to wander the gym like a lost puppy and was way too timid to enter the free weight area. I was stuck in a rut of running on the treadmill and doing a few standard crunches each visit. After working with Diana on my PEP things are completely different. She really sat down and thought specifically about my body and abilities and took into account what exercise material was available to me. I now have an amazing workout routine to use at the gym or at home. Diana put a lot of effort into writing up a plan that can be modified overtime as I get stronger. She was really kind and supportive during our consultation and it’s nice to know I can always schedule more time with her to follow up. Since I started PEP, it has been a great program to follow. With the program that Diana designed targeted for my lower body, I have been able to combine the classes provided at MDF along with workouts at my gym as well as exercises that I can do at home.
