Having variety and fun in your workout routine helps you stay physically challenged and psychologically motivated. We offer a mix of class styles and intensity levels to provide just that. All classes are easy to follow, FUN and easily customizable to fit your current fitness level and ultimate goal. The common thread is great moves set to great music taught by great instructors. A Positive Atmosphere Striking the Perfect Balance Between Dance Studio & Gym
No divas, no machines. Fitness classes at traditional dance studios are usually filled with people who already know how to dance. That can be an uncomfortable situation for a true beginner. The vast majority of our students are regular people of all ages, ethnicities, shapes and sizes looking to have a great time working out by dancing to awesome music. Gyms...well, gyms are gyms. You either love 'em or hate 'em. If
you hate 'em (or want a break once in a while), come to M Dance & Fitness for professionally taught, fun, friendly and completely non-intimidating classes.
Experienced, Caring Teachers
You enjoy a class more when you feel good doing the moves. That means having an experienced teacher to lead you in exercises and choreography that are well put together and easy to follow. All of our instructors have dance and choreography backgrounds. They know how to choose and mix music and create moves that flow and are easy to follow. They also understand how to effectively lead a group of students that varies widely in age and ability. Last but not least, our knowledgeable teachers are ready, willing and able to give tips and advice on how to improve the quality of your workout experience.

Kick it Up Kickboxing/Dance Workout with Misty Clark or Gina Masullo (high intensity)
Combines simple kickboxing/boxing drills with fun, easy to follow dance moves for a fun, effective way to get your cardio, strength & toning workouts. No equipment, no partner work. Don't worry, we won't ask who you're visualizing as your imaginary punching bag!
Be Ballet Buff with Misty Clark (low intensity)
Have you ever seen a ballerina who doesn't carry herself like royalty, have ripped abs, cut arms, lithe legs and look great from behind? I didn't think so! Start taking Be Ballet Buff today and you'll soon be walking tall, showing off your own "rear view"! Class includes a mix of floor stretches and basic ballet movement. Absolutely no dance experience necessary.
Hip-Hop Fitness with Diana Dove
Inspired by your favorite music videos, this hour of awesome hip hop music & moves will have you dancing like a pop star diva! The music is AMAZING and like Zumba, the steps are designed to be easy to follow. The time will fly by, you'll have a great time AND you'll get an amazing workout. What's better than that?! For all ages & levels. No dance experience necessary.
Rhythm Core with Diana Dove
Rhythm Core combines floor & standing work to challenge your core, sculpting the abdominal definition you've always wanted. A perfect complement to your cardio workouts, Rhythm Core is set to the beat of heart-pumping music so you'll be dancing your way to six-pack abs, improved posture, less back pain and lower risk of injury.
Integrated Stretch with Gina Masullo (low intensity)
Integrated Stretch incorporates the techniques and movements of yoga, pilates and modern/contemporary dance to release tension, improve flexibility and increase range of motion. Class begins with a standing warm-up focused on balance, alignment, and contraction and release of joints. Floor work further opens the joints for a deeper stretch. A slow, consistent pace helps build strength & stamina. No dance experience nec.
We are also excited to offer periodic Specialty Workshops & Master Classes so you can try cool new classes that aren't on the regular schedule, like ballroom lessons, Hoop Dance, Middle Eastern Dance and learning full dance routines to hit songs, to name a few!
